Gunnar Garfors is a Norwegian traveller, speaker and author who has traversed the planet for three decades. He has written seven nonfiction books, aiming to inspire readers to uncover unique destinations and share stories about the incredible people that live there. Travel should, in his opinion, contribute towards building bridges, reducing conflict levels and exchanging knowledge and experiences. The globetrotter is the first person to visit every country in the world twice, and he holds 12 other logistical world records. Normally he travels at a relaxing pace, taking his time to properly explore cities, countrysides and nature. He has held presentations in over 30 countries and had articles published by i.e. The Guardian, Business Insider, the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and Mainichi.
